This Privacy Policy explains how United Compute LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Setup Guard website, the Procore Marketplace app, and related services.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- account and contact information, such as names, email addresses, and organization details
- configuration and usage data related to your use of Setup Guard with Procore
- Procore company, project, user, permission, custom field, configurable fieldset, baseline, scan, finding, coverage, report, and supported settings data that you connect to or generate through the service
- technical data such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and diagnostic information
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain Setup Guard
- authenticate users and manage access to the service
- connect to Procore, scan supported administrative configuration, manage baselines, and generate drift, risk, coverage, and report outputs
- monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability
- respond to support requests and communicate about the service
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Customer data and role of the parties
When you use Setup Guard through an organization, that organization is generally responsible for the data made available to Setup Guard through its Procore company and related configuration. United Compute LLC processes that data to provide the service in accordance with customer instructions, product configuration, and applicable agreements.
4. How we share information
We may share information:
- with service providers that help us operate, secure, support, or host Setup Guard
- with Procore and other third-party services when needed for the service to function
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request
- to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of Setup Guard, our users, or others
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information.
Current subprocessors and third-party services include:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) (
amazonaws.comservice endpoints), including CloudFront, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS, Systems Manager Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, Route 53, Cognito, and SNS, for hosting, storage, database, background jobs, secrets, logging, DNS, admin authentication, and operational alerts - Formspree (
formspree.io), for the public website contact form; this is not used by the embedded Procore app runtime - Fastmail (
messagingengine.com), for business email and support communications - PostHog, for product analytics and usage insights if product analytics are enabled
We do not use third-party advertising platforms or ad trackers in the embedded Procore app.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
If you use Setup Guard through an organization, you may need to contact that organization first regarding your data and related requests.
9. Third-party services
Setup Guard integrates with third-party platforms, including Procore. Their collection and handling of information are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the service, the website, or another reasonable method. The updated version becomes effective on the date stated at the top of the policy.
